I was thinking on this last night. Piers Anthony, often included lists of people, with the puns they provided, some of which may or may not have made it into the book. Thought of doing the same for the whole help me title my book on magic thing. That way, you can advertise your website, and include those that don't play on the web.

I'm not sure if it helped Piers Anthony sell more books, but it might have made his author appeal higher.
